Terms of Use — TEMLYR Labs

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using TEMLYR you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and must comply with Telegram rules and the laws that apply to you. You must have the legal capacity required for the features you use. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these Terms.

2. The service

TEMLYR is a skill-based timing game with progression, tasks, leaderboards, tournaments, duels and an optional Workshop collection economy. Features may be released gradually, limited to eligible users, paused for safety or marked as development previews. Unless explicitly stated, TEMLYR does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular reward, resale value or future feature.

3. Account and security

Your TEMLYR account is linked to your verified Telegram identity. You are responsible for access to your Telegram account, connected wallet and device. Do not share authentication tokens, wallet secrets or security codes. TEMLYR will never request a seed phrase, private key or an unofficial transfer to verify an account.

4. Fair play and prohibited conduct

Bots, scripts, modified clients, timing automation, replay, forged requests, exploits, multi-account reward farming, collusion, wash trading, payment or refund abuse, harassment, unlawful content and attempts to bypass limits or security controls are prohibited. TEMLYR may invalidate results, withhold rewards, restrict features, suspend an account and preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

5. TICKS, TGP, Energy and virtual items

TICKS, TGP, Energy, parts, watches and other non-blockchain game items are limited service features, not bank deposits, legal tender or a promise of cash value. They cannot be withdrawn as money unless a specific lawful feature expressly states otherwise. Balance rules, reward rates, eligibility thresholds and game balance may change prospectively to protect fairness and sustainability.

6. Skill, rewards and competitive modes

The server determines eligible results, progression and rewards using authoritative state and security checks. Network delay, abandoned attempts, invalid input or anti-abuse review may make a result ineligible. Tournament and duel screens display their current schedules, stakes, scoring, tie-breaks and reward rules; participation does not guarantee a prize.

7. Telegram Stars purchases

Digital goods sold by TEMLYR inside Telegram use Telegram Stars and the price and item are shown before payment. Fulfilment is tied to Telegram payment identifiers and protected against duplicate delivery. For payment problems use the official support channel or /paysupport. Refunds are handled where required by Telegram rules or applicable law and may revoke, lock or review associated digital value to prevent duplicate value.

8. Chrono Wheel

The first daily Wheel spin is free, the second may require a voluntary rewarded ad, and later optional spins may require Telegram Stars on an increasing daily price ladder. Exact drop probabilities are displayed in the Wheel; visual sector size does not represent probability. A purchase provides the stated spin, not a guaranteed item, rarity or resale value. Wheel rewards do not improve Precision. The cycle, price ladder and availability may reset or be limited for safety and balance.

9. Workshop and TICKS Market

Workshop assembly, Forge, recycling and the internal TICKS Market follow the current rules shown in the interface. Market eligibility may require account age, Tier, recent energy-backed gameplay on several days, a verified installation and a clean security status. Listings reserve inventory, expire under the displayed period and may incur the disclosed success fee. Self-dealing, artificial prices or volume, linked-account transfers and manipulation are prohibited.

10. TON Artifacts and GRAM Market status

Public GRAM Market v5 listing and buying are not currently available. The TON/Market lane remains a controlled owner and development preview behind server-side feature flags. Development access does not promise public launch or asset liquidity. If public access is enabled later, wallet confirmations, network fees, blockchain finality and the separate versioned Market Agreement will govern the relevant actions. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

11. Intellectual property and licence

TEMLYR software, artwork, names, logos, game systems and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You receive a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable licence to use the service as intended. Owning an in-game item or NFT does not transfer TEMLYR source code, trademarks or copyright except for any expressly stated personal display or utility rights.

12. Availability and changes

Maintenance, Telegram or TON outages, provider failures, security incidents and legal requirements may delay or disable features. TEMLYR may change future balance, catalogues, fees, eligibility rules or availability with reasonable notice where appropriate. Confirmed purchases and finalized blockchain transactions remain subject to their recorded terms and mandatory law.

13. Disclaimers and liability

TEMLYR is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that it will always be error-free or available. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, TEMLYR is not responsible for losses caused solely by compromised user accounts, disclosed wallet secrets, incorrect addresses, unsupported transfers, unlawful user conduct or independent platform and network failures outside reasonable control.

14. Suspension, deletion, support and disputes

You may stop using TEMLYR and request account deletion through the legal contact below. Open payments, disputes, retained trade history or TON obligations may need to be resolved or anonymized before hard deletion. Questions, payment issues and appeals should be sent through official support. These Terms are governed by the law of the controller’s country without removing mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction available in your place of residence. Material updates change the effective date.
